Recall notice

Nova Diabetes Care voluntarily recalled 21 lots of Nova Max Glucose Test Strips on July 26, 2013, because the strips may report false, abnormally high results that could potentially result in an insulin dosing error. The recall includes Nova Max Plus glucose meter kits with test strips from the recalled lots. Call 1-800-681-7390 to get replacement strips or meter kits. Visit the recall page for more information.
