Overall this model was very easy to use, very accurate for counting steps, and very good at measuring heart-rate accuracy. With recent version iPhones, our experts found it very easy to pair, somewhat difficult to interact with, and likewise for recent version Android phones, very easy to pair, very easy to attach to the body, and very easy to recharge the battery. In our water immersion test it passed the manufacturer's claim of 164 feet for 10 minutes.

The Fitbit Luxe is a band based fitness tracker with a 0.75 inch color touchscreen AMOLED display, real-time heart rate monitor, steps, sleep tracking, and calories estimation. It has connected GPS and the manufacturer claims a battery life of 5 days. It has sensors: 3-axis accelerometer, optical heart rate monitor, and oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitoring. It has notifications for calls, texts, calendar events, and Fitbit community socialization. It includes inactivity alerts which remind you to move if you are sitting for a long time and extra features such as: stress management that monitors how your body is managing stress, guided breathing exercises, measures breathing rate while sleeping, and has menstrual health tracking. Fitbit offers a free 6 month trial for its paid subscription to Fitbit Premium, which provides extra personalized workouts and more health insights. It has two band sizes, large and small, and an optional jewelry design band. Included accessories: wristbands (two sizes), USB charging cable, quick start guide, and a free 6 month trial of Fitbit Premium. Its dimensions are 0.7 x 0.5 inches (width/thickness) and it weighs 0.91 ounces.
