Evan is the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement at Consumer Reports. As part of the Digital Marketplace team, he builds and maintains strategic relationships with corporate decision makers to advance consumer-first standards and practices in the digital financial marketplace.

Evan brings more than a decade of experience in creating corporate change, most recently as the Senior Director of Campaigns and Organizing at Color Of Change. His award winning campaigns have secured numerous policy changes across major tech platforms related to digital safety and economic fairness, including winning agreements from Google to cap interest rates permitted on apps offered in the Google Play store, Facebook to create a VP-level Civil Rights department, and financial service platforms to update their policies and enforcement around hateful content.

Evan also serves as the Chair of the Civil Rights Audit Standards Committee, a joint effort between corporate leaders, investors, and civil rights advocates to develop and uphold universal standards for corporate civil rights and racial equity audits.

Evan has a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
