You might not realize how crucial your experiences are for the ratings we provide our readers. In addition to our state-of-the art  automobile and product ratings from our in-house engineers, we we provide dozens of brand reliability ratings on everything from automobiles to refrigerators and ranges to computers and digital cameras.

This year, we’re shaking things up!  In 2015 we will begin distributing the Annual Questionnaire on a quarterly basis throughout the year.  These “seasonal” surveys will be conducted in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.  Starting in April, millions of our readers will receive invitations to our Spring Survey. 

Why the change?  Our thinking was that we needed to better align our surveys with our publication schedule, so that our reports are as current as possible at the time of publication.  

So when you get the survey, please complete it as soon as possible. The faster we can compile the information, the sooner we can get back to you and all the other consumers out there with what products and services you should spend your money on, and which ones to avoid.

As a convenience, online subscribers have the option to access the survey by logging onto their My Account page during each survey cycle.  Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when we’re up an running!
