Comment:
Worked well for only a few months. Then the brewing process would shut off after a cup or two. Brewing a complete pot of coffee required repeatedly pressing the start button six to eight times. We used the recommended cleaning process multiple times to no avail. We called the company, but did not get any useful information other than to use the cleaning process. They did offer the suggestion that our problem might be due to hard water, which we do have. So it is possible that this coffeemaker will last longer using softened or naturally soft water.

The plastic bin that holds the brewed coffee is more difficult to clean than a carafe. It is not well suited for filling the water tank, so we kept an old carafe around for that purpose. It is opaque, so it is not immediately obvious whether the bin is empty. Large spills will result if you fail to empty the old coffee before brewing a new batch.

Finally threw this item away after a year and replaced it with a standard carafe-type drip unit for half the cost.

Comment:
Usually use everyday making 12 cups. Once half of coffee has been dispensed, pump will dispense much slower until four cups remain and then will not dispense remaining coffee.

wont work
I got this for christmas. After about 1 month of use it quit making a whole pot of coffee. It will make about 2 cups and then stop. I have to keep pressing the on and off switch several times to finally get a whole pot. I have tried unplugging it and resetting the time. Nothing works. I am very disappointed.
