I use it for grilling fish, meat. Wireless works great. The only down side is the belt clip poor engineering broke quickly and is not replaceable. It should have had a slide in/out for the clip on the back and it would have been replaceable. Worked great other than the clip for two years till I droped the probe and sending unit it off the deck about 10'. Also do not put the probe under water clean it with a sponge. I will buy another.

Very good product
Convenient And Reliabale
Have used this product on turkey, roasts and fish for several years without a single problem. It provides both an audible and digital display of the doneness of the meat and it can be left on its own to remind you of when things are ready or near ready. Has several temperature ranges built in which allows for the more common levels of cooking for various meat products.
