I first found this months ago while thinking of things I wanted to invent.Someone beat me to it,but I digress.Fast forward to Christmas,2013...I never thought I'd receive it for a present and could not wait to try it out. First test,my favorite bagel(with everything, from Aldi's) Set control at 3,push down lowering knob, push bagel button,a few minutes later:Perfection! Second test,(for wife's breakfast) freshly sliced bakery bread.Steps were the same except didn't push the bagel button. This needed a bit longer which surprised me.Watching through the window, saw the toast reach the darkness she prefers, and pushed the cancel button. Again,Perfection! It's become my favorite Christmas present!

Good product to have
Easy To Clean
Lots of Room
I use this every day . I've done toast, bagel, French bread. Works good. A bit difficult to get smaller pieces of bread out. It's a bit pricy for a unit that only toasts. Takes up more space than a regular toaster. I was surprised by the advertising by Williams Sonoma that they did not say that it is UL tested. I very happy with the way it works.
