Good cleaner

Pros
Cleans Well
Cons

Best Uses
Frequent Carpet Cleaning
Comment:
We use the cleaner frequently (a couple of times a month in the area where my husband's senior dogs live). It worked great at first, when I was the only user. The machine would deep clean stains pretty effectively (red mud, ink) and the suction was amazing. The carpet would be damp, not very wet, when I finished. I would use the cleaner upstairs on all of the carpets and also on the furniture (2-3 times per year). When my husband starting using it in the basement, and he didn't vacuum before using, I think it started to lose cleaning effectiveness and suction. I like this machine, but it's time for us to buy a new one that isn't used in the basement.
