White Build Up on Glass

Cons
White Residue On Glass

Comment:
I've used this product for a long time and noticed glass items starting to look white and cloudy over time. At first I was able to remove the cloudiness with additional washing but after many months it has now gotten to a point where the cloudy build up appears to be permanent. Even with steel wool/brillo it does not come off. The problem is in drinking glasses and pyrex containers that get frequent washings. I need to figure out how to fix this but so far have had no luck.

Comment:
We have the Kenmore Elite dishwasher. The filter is a wire screen type. After about a month of using this product, the filter was completely clogged and required replacement. System works great with non-pac type products.

Adds "dirt" particles to glasses and cup
9/26/2013
Pros

Cons
Unsatisfactory Cleaning
Best Uses
None
Comment:
Cascade Complete as well as other Cascade dishwasher products add dirt like particles to glasses and cups on the top shelf. Consequently additional hand-washing is required. By cleaning out spray arms, disassembling lower section and removing caked on detergent, a better result is seen, however only temporarily. Neither rinse aids nor other commercially available products provide a satisfactory solution. Rinsing dishes prior to placement in the dishwasher brings no improvement. This is a 30-year step back in dishwasher proficiency. Neither the dishwasher manufacturer nor the detergent manufacturer provide solutions, sad and disappointing.
