I needed a new vacuum. My first purchase was a Dyson DC41 Animal. I vacuumed half the house with my old vacuum prior to testing the Dyson. The Dyson didn't pick up ANYTHING on the vacuumed half, but did pick up dog hair and dirt from the unvacuumed half. Back it went!! Same test with the Shark. Amazing!!! The canister was nearly full!! I love the size and maneuverability of this Shark vacuum. It's perfect in every way!! Highly recommended!!

I ordered this product over a month ago, I have expediting the order since then with Euro-Pro Operating. The Customer Service is terrible, they can't track down the order, in one email told me it was shipped via Best Carrier then said it was UPS and lastly by USPS. No one told me it was on back order when I originally placed the order. I am completely disappointed with the service and if the vacuum cleaner arrive someday in 2013, I don't think I will keep it.
