Easy To Set Up
Easy To Use
I purchased this computer in October of 2013. Firstly, right out of the box I experienced horizontal black lines periodically flicker across the screen, most notably when the background was white. I dismissed this as a minor flaw. Second, I sat at my desk one evening only to find the screen had gone all static, so I had to force power down and reboot to get the computer back up and running. This happened three times in three months. Thirdly, after 2 1/2 months the computer ate one of my DVDs and wouldn't recognize or eject it. After attempting to resolve this issue with Microsoft (whom I purchased it from) Tech Support, the hard drive failed. When in the BIOS mode, the screen flickered on and off making the BIOS nearly unusuable. Fourth, on exchanging the XPS at the Microsoft Store (who were very helpful amid my frustrations) The first Dell XPS 27 they attempted to exchange it with had a flickering screen. In other words, it was bad out of the box. I had to wait a week until they had a machine in stock that worked. Fifth, the third and final computer I received lasted another 2 1/2 months. I will say I experience a static screen only once on this pc but didn't have the same issues with flashing horizontal black streaks. But what did happen is I assigned the computer to sleep mode only it didn't just go to sleep, it went into a coma. On trying to reboot the pc the hard drive failed. Microsoft willing accepted the computer as a return an noted they had several customers complain about this product. They will no longer carry this model in their stores. It is not the best rated machine, it is the worst rated All-In-One. Please think twice.

Easy To Set Up
Difficult To Use
With the computer's touch screen not working, Windows 8 is very frustrating. The computer is used for school work and watching TV programs.
