Prime Video Is Great
Comment:
I came from the ipad, and the HDX is better in most ways. Being able to download movies from Amazon Prime to watch offline is great. No need to have a huge, expensive mobile data plan to be entertained on the go. And this cannot be done on other tablets, whether you are a Prime Member or not.

With over 100K apps, every possible category is covered with lots of options in each. Free app every day too. The hardware is the best out there. The best screen, fastest processor, lightest, lower cost than competitors.

I have only used the Mayday once, but it's a great feature. Much better than having to go in to a store and make an appointment to ask how to do something. That just seems antiquated now. Just hit the button and get a live person on your screen to help you. Amazing! No one else can do that.

Best technology purchase I have every made.

Comment:
Panasonic image app states that it is outdated. Kindle support said I would have to load pictures from my lumix zs30 to a computer and then to the kindle fire. I found this to be unacceptable and sent it back. Other than that the tablet was really great. I wish they had fixed the problem because my main reason for buying it was to store and view pictures.

Comment:
Get something else. Great screen, but apps are garbage and can't download a lot of my music as the device doesn't support many formats. Forget about using Dropbox (can be done but a huge pain) Volume and power buttons are in bad locations and there's no mute button. Tech support is right there but 3 different people couldn't help yet my 14 year old neighbor could. Much much better tablets out there for the same or a bit more money.
