The biggest gripe I have with this device is the memory. I purchased a memory card because when I wanted to even update an app, it said I didn't have enough memory. However, the personnel at the verizon store did some updates and those worked for me. But, as it turns out the memory card is only to store downloaded materials such as music, videos, etc. which I do not do. Other than that, I have been satisfied as all I do on it is email, internet, solitaire, Kindle and suduko. I will say that the people at Verizon have willingly helped me with the device. I would recommend this if the tablet is a free or inexpensive promotion.

I did not want new Android update but was basically forced to get it, then it stopped working. It downloaded update without my permission then emitted continuous installation notifications until after complete annoyance I relented and got the update. Tablet no longer works. There are many threads on Verizon website where several owners have complained about the same issue and will now be forced to get a replacement but you will lose everything. Buy a better device, even free its not a good deal. Don't get fooled like me

we tried to download a movie and we received a text that we were over our 500mg limit. it ended up costing us200.00 for the extra ..storage. we were told that we could use it as a wifi base for taking our laptop on the road but that didn't work the thing is a piece of dogdo. it is so darn hard to figure out how to use ityhat it just sits around collecting dust. the next time we get to limaim taking it back.we also bought a gizmo for our grandson and the sales rep told us that we could sync it with the ellipsis and keep track of him by gps that was a joke to.this was free except for the charge they get you for on your bill.
