Glacier Bay Toilet model # N2428E, Home Depot SKU # 686-826.
Installation step # 2. The hex nuts don't thread all the way down to the flange on the floor bolts. I tried this on both floor bolts, with the nuts both ways (they are acorn nuts not flat hex nuts) on both toilets that I purchased and none of them could thread down snug to the flange. The bolt threads tighten in nuts as they get close to the flange. I had to use other bolts and nuts that I purchased separately; extra cost.
Step # 8, Installing the seat. One of the two toilets came with a seat that, after securing it to the bowl, did not seat. I think it was warped. The other one was fine. I reported this to Home Depot and they are working on getting me another seat kit.
How long have you owned it:

Glacier Bay toilet as a water saver
Does Not Flush "everythin
Does not flush everything on 1st try. Something hangs up and we have to lift the lid to jiggle the parts until toilet stops. Have had plumber here multiple times to find the problem. Does not save water.
