This grill doesn't seem to give off enough heat. Cooking times are roughly double what they were on my old grill. Plan 15 to 20 minutes for medium to medium well burgers.

Comment:
Have had the grill for 21 months, keep it covered with a full sized grill cover when not in use.

The heating plates completely rusted out and are unusable. The grill grates are low quality and are in bad condition. To replace the parts necessary to keep it going would cost $280 (4 heating plates and 2 grill grates). About $50 less than an entirely new grill. I am so disappointed in this garbage product and will be going back to a Weber (my last one lasted 10 yrs) or Charbroil.
