I broke mine.... but
Best Uses
Trees 12" And Smaller
I had my saw for 8 months, using it to trim trees on my 2 1/2 acre property. I cut about 6 cords of wood up to 14 Oak branches with no problem. Then one day the chain stopped moving and it made a high pitched squeal. I thought, well, I cut a lot of trees and was borderline abusing it, so I got my money's worth out of a cheap saw. I went back online to buy another one and discovered, much to my surprise, that it has a 3 year warranty. Called the support line to find out how painful the repair was going to be and they said, No problem, we will get one out to you right away. All you have to pay is shipping..... $5.65 Jaw dropped at this point and I can't tell you how my opinion went from pretty good to unbelievable. I like Worx so much I will go to their site before I buy again.

Died after 2.5 years
Easy Toolless Chain Tensn
easy to use
don't honor warranty
Best Uses
It's a good saw, but it only lasted 2.5 years with light use. When I registered the warranty on line they said they would add one year to the warranty for a total of 3 years. I wrote everything down at that time. 2.5 years later it seized up. I took it apart. It's something in the gear box. I was told that I bought this prior to the 1 year extension of the warranty policy and they would not honor the warranty. I am now shopping for a new chain saw from any other maker.
