Infiniti Q50 Overview
Though the Q50 is quick, an underwhelming driving experience blots out any luxury-sports-sedan pretensions. Fit and finish, ride comfort, and noise isolation aren't up to scratch. Handling is lackluster, mostly because of the dull steering feel. Ride comfort is unsettled and not helped by the stiff run-flat tires. The powertrain, though punchy, isn't a model of refinement, and fuel economy is among the worst of its peers. The cabin is quite roomy, and the rear seat is hospitable, but the front seat has a short cushion. Even more frustrating is the slow-responding touch-screen. First-year reliability has been much below average, and it received a low owner-satisfaction score in our survey.
