Best Buy's best Black Friday deals on digital cameras

You'll find some very good bargains on basic and advanced models

Black Friday can be a great time to buy consumer electronics, and that includes digital cameras. Best Buy has some good camera deals to look forward to on that shopping mega-day.

Besides sale prices, you'll find bundles that include accessories such as memory cards, cases, or bags. For example, Best Buy listed the 16-megapixel Canon PowerShot A2500, which is normally $110, for about $80, including a camera case and memory card. Interchangeable lens cameras, such as SLRs, may include an additional lens.

Here are some of the Black Friday camera deals available at Best Buy.

Basic cameras

16-megapixel Nikon Coolpix S800c wireless subcompact, $129 (usually $250)
12-megapixel Canon Powershot SX280 HS wireless superzoom $199 (regularly $300), or $229 with 8GB memory card and case
18-megapixel Nikon Coolpix P520, $299 (usually $400), or $339 with 8GB memory card and camera bag
16-megapixel Samsung Galaxy wireless superzoom with memory card and camera case, $399 (regularly $450)

SLR digital cameras

16-megapixel Nikon D7000, $799 with 18-140mm lens (usually $1,599), or $1,099 with two lenses, 18-140mm and 55-300mm, 32GB memory card, and camera bag (usually $1,628)
12-megapixel Canon EOS Rebel T3 with 18-55mm lens and camera bag $399 (regularly $449), or $449 with two lenses, 18-55mm and 75-300mm, 16GB memory card, and camera bag
24-megapixel Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm lens, 16GB memory card and camera bag, $499 (usually $599 with 18-55mm lens only)
18-megapixel Canon EOS Rebel T3 with 18-55mm lens, $549 (usually $599), or $749 with 18-55mm and 55-250mm lenses, 32GB memory card, and camera bag

Keep in mind that retailers tend to promote older models. If you must have the latest and greatest, you might want to wait a few months till the 2014 models arrive.
