Nissan Titan Overview
Nissan's full-sized pickup truck, the Titan, stands out with an impressively large cabin. This is a relatively agile truck, but the ride suffers from a rubbery jiggle. The muscular V8 provides strong acceleration and is mated to a very smooth transmission. That said, engine drone can become tiresome. Fuel economy is a dismal 14 mpg. Interior fit and finish is very basic, bordering on austere. The damped-action tailgate is a nice touch. All versions except for the base model are available with a backup camera. A long-needed redesign arrives in 2015, and will include a light-duty Cummins diesel engine.
