Debbie is the Director of Survey Research and Statistics, where she leads a team of survey researchers and statisticians. Her team designs and executes both member-based and nationally representative surveys. They produce product reliability and satisfaction scores across more than 50 categories, manage a monthly omnibus survey (the American Experiences Survey), and conduct custom national surveys annually on timely consumer issues. The statistics team also provides advanced statistical expertise and support to departments across the organization.
Experience and Education
Previously, Debbie was Director of Assessment Development at Questar Assessment, where she managed large-scale state education testing contracts. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Education Assessment Consultant. She holds a BA in Psychology from SUNY Oswego, and an MA and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.
