Rich joined CR in 2001, bringing with him years of testing experience. At CR, he has tested a range of products, including fitness equipment, home improvement products, baby products, and laundry appliances. Today, he manages a team of technicians who conduct testing across a variety of product categories.

Experience and Education

Prior to CR, Rich worked in research and development at CK Witco, earning a patent while there. He also worked on car care and maintenance products for Prestone Products and at independent testing labs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Lehman College, CUNY.
