Caleb Green

An experienced finance and operating executive, Caleb Green joined CR in June 2026. As Chief Financial Officer, Caleb is responsible for CR’s financial strategy and long-term growth, including planning, accounting, forecasting, and business optimization. This includes overseeing CR’s investments, mergers and acquisitions and business partnerships to help position the organization for the future.

Prior to joining CR, Caleb served as Chief Operating Officer at Legion, a build and buy firm, where he oversaw Finance, directed M&A, and partnered closely with the CEOs of portfolio companies to drive performance and growth. Prior to that, he spent seven years leading Finance and Operations at Snagajob, an innovative marketplace connecting hourly workers and employers. Earlier in his career, Caleb powered growth for Vox Media, home to The Verge, Eater, Vox, and SB Nation, and founded two technology and media startups.

Caleb brings more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning finance, operations, strategy, and business transformation across technology, media, SaaS, e-commerce, and marketplace organizations. He has led complex operational transformations, scaled digital businesses, overseen acquisitions and exits, and helped organizations navigate periods of significant growth and change. 

Caleb holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago. He lives in Pennsylvania.
