In October 2017, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of almost 408,000 Bosch, Gaggenau, Jenn-Air, and Thermador dishwashers in addition to 149,000 additional units previously recalled in October 2015 because the power cord can overheat, posing a fire hazard.
