Chefman RJ55-MF
CR rated the Chefman RJ55-MF a Don't Buy for its performance in our defrosting tests. Two samples would not properly defrost chopped meat using the "auto-defrost" program, but instead fully cooked it. Chefman told CR the company has made all the necessary firmware updates and consumers can expect to see the improved model by as early as the summer 2023. If any user has a complaint with a verified purchase, the company said it will stand by its product and send the consumer a replacement unit.
