Ecovacs Deebot OZMO T8

The Deebot OZMO T8 is slow and methodical and able to pick up most debris in its path. The side brushes are not that strong and its round shape is a disadvantage for edges and corners. Testers found it difficult to clean out the dirt bin. This model is similar to the OZMO T8 AIVI but without the camera that the AIVI model has which shows a view of the room from the vacuum's perspective. The vac's strong suction and dual side brushes helped to clean sand from bare floors quickly. Some debris fell out of the robot when it was picked up. The vac easily went over the electrical cords. It almost got stuck when approaching carpet fringe but eventually freed itself. It easily climbed over a .5 inch threshold and eventually made it over a .75 inch threshold after re-angling and making a few attempts. The Ease of Use score took a hit because testers didn't think cleaning the dirt bin was easy. It traveled over a square of matte black carpet in the lab. The mopping feature was not tested.
