If you’re like my small family, you end up with far more green beans, latkes, and turkey than you can reasonably bear, and a frankly inexcusable amount of delicious, labored-over food ends up in the trash (according to the University of Minnesota, Americans waste about 305 million pounds of food at Thanksgiving dinner).
