While it is out, I can still see satellite radio, navigation, and cellular screen. Of course, when I take it to the dealer, it's functioning. I've taken many pictures over time showing when it's out giving date/time stamps. The dealer logged the problem with Audi and verified it is a known issue. I am waiting on a fix a year later.""

Yet the Navigation App appeared noting No Licensing Rights. Maps and radio worked off of Hot Spots and I lost total connection where Hot Spots werent available. Blank screen. Dealer unable to diagnose problem. After six months Navigation App was available at $85 month on vehicle I spent over $75000 on and did not have Bluetooth. Was not informed at beginning that A5 and Q8 work from Hot Spots. Now expected to pay adl $1,000+ yr. Navigation, which definitely should have been reflected in price of vehicle. Beautiful vehicle, but definitely was deceived and ripped off. Repeated trips to Dealer and after contacting Audi troubleshooting I got answers.""

"Apple Car Play does not work when Hot Spots arent available. Screen Freezing and going blank result. Bluetooth addresses all these issues. At the cost of over $1000 yr for Navigation or a yearly SiriusXM Subscription you can resolve a problem intended direct business to particular corporations. This is a luxury vehicle thats become piecework. Perhaps this is how they do business in the U.S."
