Audi A8 First Drive
Introduction
A redesign for Audi's flagship sedan is due in June. It competes among the world's largest and most luxurious sedans. It recently lost a unique asset, now that a Mercedes-Benz S-Class can be had with all-wheel drive. Notable features include a continuation of the aluminum body and a strong 4.2-liter V8. The standard model will be the long wheelbase version that has a roomier rear seat. The new car features the MMI (Multi Media Interface) driver interaction system similar to BMW's iDrive. A GPS navigation system comes standard, as does an adjustable air suspension that allows the driver to choose different firmness settings.
