What Owners Say
"Still the best handling SUV I have driven even compared to the new models"
WILLIAM P., MA (2011 Audi Q5)"Even though I sacrifice a bit on gas mileage, I am glad I got the larger six cylinder over the four cylinder engine because overall it accelerates quicker and probably handles better as well."
DENNIS A., CA (2011 Audi Q5)"Butter smooth transmission, always feels like it is in the best gear. Very impressed with the transmission on this car. So much that I wish I had this transmission on my other cars. The engine is great (2 liter 4 cylinder turbo). It did burn too much oil before, but it was recalled and fix for free. But still expect up to a liter of between the 5000 miles interval oil change. Handling is great (for an SUV) I sometimes can maneuver better on turns and roundabouts than even some passenger c"
ALEX J., MI (2011 Audi Q5)"We've tuned the engine and added a tighter sway bar to this car and is an amazing drive 100k miles in."
Anonymous, VA (2011 Audi Q5)"Good acceleration for a mid size vehicle and a 4 cylinder ./ Very good handling for a SUV. better than I expected for my first SUV"
Peter R., ON (2011 Audi Q5)"The Audi has the best stability and handling of any car I've driven. It holds a straight line with no drift or adjustment needed. It takes 0 energy to drive. I can rapidly accelerate for passing. The is a slight hesitation on starting but once going it responds immediately."
Anonymous, NM (2011 Audi Q5)"very stable to handle."

Anonymous, CA (2011 Audi Q5)"It has good acceleration and rides firmly but comfortability."
Anonymous, CO (2011 Audi Q5)"The 2.0 engine is pretty solid. We've had it tuned with a professional aftermarket tuner for 50k miles, and that added a ~20% bump to torque and horsepower for $600, which has been a fantastic investment"
Anonymous, VA (2011 Audi Q5)"Very reliable for city and highway driving in acceleration, responsiveness and the bear visibility of any vehicle we own"
Anonymous, MD (2011 Audi Q5)"This car drives extremely smoothly. Very big fan, which is why I purchased the second one."
Anonymous, SC (2011 Audi Q5)"My Q5 has the 2.0 turbo. This contributes to good mileage and surprisingly has good acceleration. There is a turbo lag but it is not bad and I have no problem accelerating to freeway speeds from short on ramps. The Q5 is based on a sports car and handles like it. That is good or bad depending on your preference. It is stiffer that our Lexus and steers quicker. It has pretty good ground clearance and the suspension handles off road very well. The Q5 cannot be fitted with a tow hitch which I d..."

"Really quiet car. Front is comfortable and ride is very nice. Acceleration is quick and nimble. Back seat space is tighter than our other car a Subaru Forester and therefore we use the Forester for longer trips."
