"From day 1 we've complained about the noisy brakes and noise in general. The service department says that they can't hear anything. The noise has increased from just backing up to turning the wheels, and starting to drive up inclines. It has started emitting squeaks when driving down the freeway. I've taken it to 2 Buick dealers and they are all deaf. My neighbors aren't."
