What Owners Say

Catalytic converter

"We purchased this vehicle on Dec 28, 2024 and on Jan 01, 2025 the check engine light came on after a software update. Brought it back to the dealership and they determined that the catalytic converter in our brand new vehicle was bad. We had been debating between the Envision and a Lexus NX350 and decided to go with the Envision because of the color and a $15k price difference to get the options we wanted, but this left us feeling like what else is going to happen over the life of this car? And wishing we had put the extra money down on the Lexus."
