Few vehicles can equal the imposing declaration of Brobdingnagian bling that marks the arrival of a Cadillac Escalade. From its jewel-like headlights to the giant chrome wheels and roof-to-bumper LED taillights, the Escalade is designed to tell hoi polloi that you've made it -- and they haven't. But while it's easy to understand the Escalade's snob appeal elite, this SUV's luxury is disappointingly skin deep.

Overall Owner Satisfaction

Consumer Reports’ Annual Owner Satisfaction Survey can improve the chances of finding a compatible car match. How? Our survey data reveals whether, all things considered, owners would buy the same car again. The answer to that question is what determines our owner-satisfaction rating, which is a powerful piece of intel because it predicts how well a particular model will satisfy other owners.

Value

Did you get what you wanted relative to the price you paid?

What Owners Say

"I had a 2015 Escalade and it was in the shop for almost 4 month of my first two yrs with transmission and many other problems. I worked out a 2017 deal with dealer. Still a lot of same issues with controls, noises and especially transmission. Now I have oil burning issue. Was down 2 its with 25% oil life left. Got warning light. Now have to go to dealer every 1k miles to monitor. Most expensive car I have ever purchased and the worst of all of them and I always buy luxury cars. Bummer cause it looks great"
