One screen working while the other is blank/blue. Loss of control of the rear system. The dealer gave up while the SRX was under warranty, refusing to replace the system with new parts, even though the system was clearly a lemon and had faulty parts installed."

"We had noticed that the headlights were not putting out very much light and did not light up the road very well. This was a problem with this type of vehicle and we were notified by Cadillac to take the car to the dealer. "The tire pressure light came on and after checking the pressure in the tire indicated, it was fine. Took car to dealership and was told it was the sensor inside the tire that needed to be recalibrated"

"The windshield wiper fluid tube to the rear window broke and the wiper fluid can out through the speaker to the left of the steering wheel and soaked the upholstery around it.. Speaker panel /upholstery has to be replaced. This happened twice"

"Left rear wheel bearing failed while on a trip. Fortunately, a local Cadillac dealer was able to replace on short notice. Impressed with Cadillac service."

"It was actually the wheel hub that I had to replace because the sensor stopped working"

"Three of the four wheel bearings on the SRX have now failed during my ownership. The problem started as either a low growl like a tire failing, or an ABS fault. Each time I was able to drive the car to a garage where I had the part replaced with the best aftermarket part(Mogul) I could find. None of the replaced bearings have subsequently failed."
