"The Avalanche accelerates quickly and assertively without having to press the pedal very much. The handling is very responsive for such a large vehicle, and it has a relatively small turning radius."

"Acceleration is better than adequate. However, low speed acceleration, while towing up a steep hill, is lacking. Sometimes it can’t get out of its own way. I think it is in the electronics. It’s like it doesn’t know what to do, so it does nothing. It just goes very slow with little or no acceleration."
