For 2007, the Pacifica got a much-needed new engine with more power, as well as a new transmission. With those updates, we found it to be a pleasant, comfortable, and relatively responsive cruiser. The Pacifica is a true crossover; its ride height makes it feel more wagon-like than other SUVs. Its second- and third row seats accommodate two people each, unless you get the base five-passenger model.

Overall Owner Satisfaction

Consumer Reports’ Annual Owner Satisfaction Survey can improve the chances of finding a compatible car match. How? Our survey data reveals whether, all things considered, owners would buy the same car again. The answer to that question is what determines our owner-satisfaction rating, which is a powerful piece of intel because it predicts how well a particular model will satisfy other owners.

Styling

How it looks inside and out

What Owners Say

"The trim in this car is cheap, cheap, cheap. All the trim is rotting or falling off, trim inside is loose after multiple repairs, and the first 3 years it was constantly in the shop for major repairs. After the engine mounts were replaced, the sunroof and interior carpeting were replaced due to leaking and mildew, and some interior wiring, it has been reliable if cheap quality during the subsequent 7 years."

MICHELLE T., VA (2007 Chrysler Pacifica)

"This car is very comfortable to ride in, has a lot of space inside, plenty of leg and head room, extremely quiet and smooth ride."
