Chrysler might have invented the modern minivan, but time marched on, leaving this version of the Town & Country feeling dated and past its prime. It’s not that the Town & Country totally lacks good points. Ride is very comfortable and settled. Passengers will also find a quiet, well-equipped cabin that offers considerable versatility.

Tara H., IA (2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)
Squeaks or rattles

"Major rattle is a misfitting third row seat. Chrysler had tried to fix it before, and had even replaced the seat. It appears to be something that happened to the car prior to sale that we were never told about. New parts won't fix the noise, or the seat fit. We don't deal with the original dealer any more."

Anonymous, TX (2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)

"Recurring noise from third row seat. Chrysler has replaced it twice, but it fits poorly, jams, and still makes noise. It appears that there may have been structural damage prior to the initial sale. Could not verify that."

Anonymous, TX (2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)

"Whether the wind is blowing or not when you are in the drivers seat the noise level is loud enough that with what hearing loss I have it is almost impossible to hear someone in the passenger seat talking.
