Squeaks, rattles, wind noises, loose or cracked seals and/or weather-stripping, air and water leaks.
What Owners Say
"This problem is related to the previous problem in so much as the weather stripping does not fit properly due to the misalignment of each door on the car. This causes wind noise when driving."John T., TX (2016 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)
"Dealer fixed loose or broken components inside drivers seat."William B., NJ (2016 Dodge Durango R/T 5.7-L V8)
"This car has a few problems with fit and finish... It was shoddily built and the doors are not in alignment. You can run your hand down both sides of the car and at each door there are high spots where the doors won't close correctly. I have had it in the shop to try to have it fixed last year when I had a recall worked on but they did not fix the problem. I really need to get it back in but my wife passed away recently and I just haven't had a chance. This is very annoying and has created a few squeaks and rattles as well as air noise when driving. Very disappointed with Dodge and their quality control process."John T., TX (2016 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)
"Poor fit and finish on this SUV. I have told manufacture that I think it was built on a Monday or Friday when no one wanted to be there. Doors don't align, sunroof not aligned correctly"John T., TX (2016 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)
"Due to poor fit and finish I am having more wind noise in cabin than I should"John T., TX (2016 Dodge Durango Citadel 3.6-L V6)
