Like other heavy duty versions, the 2500 rides much more stiffly and bouncily. But choosing it over the regular 1500 is a prerequisite for getting the Cummins 5.9-liter diesel. Chrysler's 5.7-liter HEMI V8 is also available. The crew cab's rear seat is tight and upright.
