Talking Cars 473: Driving the Buick Enclave

Plus, how to find replacement tires in unusual sizes

    Main Theme

In this episode of the Talking Cars Podcast we discuss our initial impressions of the redesigned 2025 Buick Enclave and how it relates to the similar Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia

The Enclave remains one of the larger offerings in the midsized three-row SUV segment, balancing third-row comfort and cargo space. The biggest change is under the hood, where the V6 engine has been replaced by a turbocharged four-cylinder. It differentiates itself from its Chevrolet and GMC siblings with different styling, interior layout and controls, and the Avenir trim, which has the highest starting price among the trio.

    Audience Questions
    • Will it be difficult to find replacement tires on vehicles that use unusual sizes, such as the Toyota Prius and Crown Signia?
    • Should I keep putting money into repairing a 2009 Toyota Highlander with over 280,000 miles, or replace it with something newer?
