"Twice in the six months I've had the vehicle the sound system has just frozen up, I can't change the audio controls at all, including volume and station. Restarting the vehicle fixed the problem both times, but unfortunately I was on the freeway for both incidents so had to keep on driving"

"Started with frequent shut downs with software updates u til one day the screen went blank rendering no access to my heat/cooling controls, radio, backup camera, Bluetooth and navigation. Had to go to dealership who proceeded to inform me it needed a manufacturers software update. Has worked fine ever since. Seems coincidental I had received a notice from Ford prior to this stating I needed to purchase a new SD card for the navigation system to update my maps. That was several hundred dollars and didn't want to not for that. I ended up having to pay for it even though I purchase the extended warranty which covered everything."

"The oil pan seal was replaced 3 times and the pan replaced 1 time over the period of 4 years. It was a known problem on the 2.7L engine. Seal was replaced in 2016. Leaked again in 2017 and pan was replaced. Leaked again in 2018 and seal was replaced. In 2019 it leaked and was told service technician did not follow new procedure is way it leaked again. Has not leaked yet going forward, knock knock."
