"Started about 5000 miles. First noticed a noise that sounded like something was loose occurred when we were on rough roads. Turns out it was the front shocks which allowed the wheel to bounce on the rough roads. took a couple of visits since the shocks had to be ordered. Once received it took two days to get them installed and alignment checked. Dealer provided loaner car."
