"When starting the car, the instrument cluster which is all digital did not turn on. Everything else turned on. We were able to drive the car home, but not able to see how fast we were going. I went on the forums and a lot of people had the same problem within weeks of purchasing their lightning. The solution was to let it rest for about an hour and try again. It worked, and we have not had the problem since. That was the case with everyone else that had the same problem whose posts I read."

There is no issue with the heated steering wheel if the vehicle is not preconditioned."

Phone worked on multiple other cars just not this one. Same with my husband's phone. Ford couldn't figure out what/how to fix it and they said it was probably a phone issue but the phones could make calls with no problem in other vehicles so it doesn't make sense that it's a phone issue."

"CarPlay is inconsistently connected with the truck. It often wont connect automatically and Manual connection fails ans well. Several times it does connect but the audio wont work without turning the truck off and then on again. Not sure if its a Ford or Apple problem which is probably why it doesnt ever get fixed"
