Sporty handling, relatively low noise, and a well-done interior make the Focus feel more like a small sports sedan than a humdrum compact. Though not blazingly fast, the Focus does get good fuel economy Several flaws keep it from being one of our top-rated small cars, though. The most irksome of those is the PowerShift automatic transmission, which stumbles at low speeds.

What Owners Say

"I'm a fan of manual transmissions and the Focus ST has the best combination of easy drivability, strong acceleration, and nimble handling of any I know."

William N., FL (2013 Ford Focus)

"Gears 1,2,&3 are fine, no discernable difference between 4 5."

Ronald R., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission problems couldn't be fixed by Ford, awaiting Class action settlement then I will trade this clunker in!"

Kevin R., SC (2013 Ford Focus)

"acceleration is very slow. Have had it in once already for transmission problems"

Brodie C., AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"My Focus handles well but is rather slow on acceleration and sometimes vibrates."

Judy H., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Acceleration and handling are fairly good."

Jay L., BC (2013 Ford Focus)

"My son describes it as "zippy," and it is. The handling is like a go-cart, and the 0 - 40 acceleration pushes you back. It does well for a non-turbo 2.0L at starting at higher acceleration points, but you have to let the engine work and not back off when it revs high."

Marc S., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Being electric, it is very fast. It seems to handle well."

Ellen M., OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"Impressive acceleration and handling! Handles curves well with ample passing power."

Anonymous, UT (2013 Ford Focus)

"It accelerates and handles really great. I drive to work on a windy road and it's a blast."

James D., OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"Good acceleration. Very good handling"

Charles P., IL (2013 Ford Focus)

"HAS THE POWER YOU WOULD EXPECT IN A CAR OF THIS SIZE HOWEVER IF I REPLACE IT I WILL FIND SOMETHING WTH MORE POWER, HANDLES LIKE A SPORT CAR WHICH IS GOOD."

Michael P., SC (2013 Ford Focus)

"I have had the Focus since May 2016. I like the way it handles, drives, and accelerates except for the issue with the clutch. The clutch shudders in the lower gears around 2,000 RPMs The first time I had the clutch service, the dealer updated the transmission computer and make some adjustments. The second time, the dealer indicated the performance test on the transmission was within specification, but it will probably fail if tested again in about 6K-10K miles. It will be going back soon for..."

Anonymous, VA (2013 Ford Focus)

"This car has the perfect balance, it feels solid and secure on the road. Acceleration is more than adequate and i can get over 40mpg commuting to work."

Joe V., MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"clutch problems dealer cant fix"

Anonymous, KY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Took so long for ford to replace clutch 4-5 months. Just doesn't handle the same now after replacement."

Anonymous, MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"The car lurches when it changes gears. (FYI automatic transmission). It's lurched so bad that once or twice almost caused an accident."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"The transmission is faulty. I have been complaining for 3 years to Ford about transmission issues starting at 5,000. The technicians failed to note my transmission concerns on my first several visits. I have finally come to an understanding with Ford and they are buying the car back as a lemon. The transmission slips, jerks, shudders, rattles, sticks in the lower gears, speeds up on its own, and has a delay in acceleration."

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"The DCT transmission has repeatedly been a problem. But the latest versions of the clutch pack and software has finally produced a transmission that works really well and adds to the pleasure of driving this car."

GABRIEL G., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"2.0L 14 GDI engine. No extra power when accelerating. Dealer said it shifts down when you step on gas. Not a confident feel when passing on 2 lane highways"

Anonymous, AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"This is a peppy car accelerates well, handling and responsiveness is excellent"

KENNETH R., MO (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission vibrates on pick up. Transmission computer reprogramed after a recall letter, at no charge."

Anonymous, MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"Lots of fun to drive. Smaller engine could use a bit more power in acceleration but overall great drive."

RONALD O., AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"It is a fun, peppy car to drive that makes the overall experience fun"

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"I like the cruise control's ease of use and also the fact that I can slow down in normal driving while others need to use their brakes, thus using the braking system less unless I need to actually brake to stop the car."

MURIEL J., IA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Excellent feel of power and acceleration with the 5-spd manual. At highway speeds this car has a ride you'd expect in a much larger vehicle; its rock-solid, holds the lane with very little effort. Hard cornering and emergency braking is excellent and this car really handles like a go-kart."

GREG L., ON (2013 Ford Focus)

"Nimble, quick, and relatively quiet, although the transmission is a little clunky at times."

GAYLE W., VA (2013 Ford Focus)

"acceleration onto super highways is not good without downshifting to a lower gear and stomping on the gas and then it's marginal."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Drives like a sports car still, handles very well. Even after 3+ years"

Anonymous, ON (2013 Ford Focus)

"This vehicle is now driven by another member of the family but when I had it it was a nice easy car to drive especially on long trips."

L M., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Car has issues with sudden acceleration. Dealer could not find an issue and it happens at random times and conditions. Think it's a programming error. There is also a tendency of the car to twitch at speed when doing long turns on highways. Very unnerving to have the back end suddenly move almost half a lane in the direction of the G forces. Almost caused an accident twice in the less than 1 year I have had the car."

ALLEN A., NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Continuous variable transmission is kind of balky"

Anonymous, TX (2013 Ford Focus)

"Ongoing problems with automatic "clutch". Car sometimes stutters when accelerating from a dead stop. Well documented problem. No apparent fix. Recalls have been completed with no effect. New clutch to be installed under warranty at 48,000 k."

Anonymous, NB (2013 Ford Focus)

"terrible transmission. poor response and lack of dealer support to repair. they acknowledge this transmission used in this model was a big mistake."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Great acceleration and handling. gas mileage is misleading since I average in the twenties due to mostly in-city driving/ stop and go heavy traffic. But driving on I-5 at 60mph I got 40 mpg."

MICHAEL B., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"I really like the automatic transmission. It shifts fast and it real smooth. I don't miss the torque converter."

JOHN S., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission does not shift correctly. has a recall but dealer will not replace clutch."

Anonymous, GA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Great handling, acceleration and braking. Lots of fun to drive!"

JEFF W., NC (2013 Ford Focus)

"I drive on a winding mountain road to work 4 days a week. The Focus acceleration is good. The handling is excellent, it is very predictable"

RONALD G., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"My wife and I call it "The Gutless Wonder". There aren't too many cars where you floor it and nothing happens - even after downshifting sometimes."

G G., AZ (2013 Ford Focus)

"The best handling car I have owned (15 in all). Fun to drive. Averages 40 mpg highway driving. Many (but not all) convenience features are well thought out and implemented."

THOMAS D., VT (2013 Ford Focus)

"This vehicle did not handle as well in winter driving conditions as did my previous car from another manufacturer. I have now invested in a set of snow tires to compensate for this."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"very good handling, excellent anti skid system"

A M., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"It's quick, responsive and fun to drive. Handles well for an economy car."

EDWARD H., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"The transmission goes "clunk" when it shifts"

VERALE P., OH (2013 Ford Focus)

"With the 5-speed manual transmission it is very difficult to accelerate from dead stop without almost stalling. Poor throttle/clutch syncronization. I've owned manual transmission cars exclusively for over 50 years--this is the worst. No mechanical problems, however."

R B., NV (2013 Ford Focus)

"Really really great performance for the price with room for upgrades. I was really surprised in how well it drives. A lot of reviewers preferred the smaller Fiesta but they were driving at the limit on a track. In the real world the Focus ST is much much better - and I drove a bunch of both cars before deciding on the Focus."

KEVIN V., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"I love the way it drives. Its very solid on the road and has great acceleration. It drives like a sports car."

ROBERT W., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"I have owned BMW's and Volkswagons (when I lived in Germany) that didn't handle or accelerate as good as this car. Great nimble handling for mountains and curves, like the Ozarks, where I live."

E C., AR (2013 Ford Focus)

"Steering, brakes, power, handling and overall performance demeanor of the car are all top notch. The car exudes athleticism behind the wheel. It's a pleasure all the time."

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Very sporty to drive. Nimble, responsive, good feedback to the controls. Economical. Spacious, practical interior. Love the hatch."

ROBERT S., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Did not consider standard model Focus. Purchased ST model because it offered the acceleration and handling we sought in a small hatchback"

Anonymous, MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"The 2L engine is very willing. Revs high, does the job well. Actual acceleration is OK. Steering is very very sensitive: this is good at low speeds in parking lot, but it does not desensitize at all at highway speeds, which seems like a flaw because it wouldn't take much to go off the road."

Gregory B., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"handling and acceleration"

Bryand S., TX (2013 Ford Focus)

"Excellent handling and acceleration."

Anonymous, AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"The acceleration is terrible. It is fuel injected, so you cannot take off fast, but, the focus grinds and sputters when given the slightest pressure of gas. Also the car jerks a lot when moving from a stopped position."

Melinda M., IN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Brilliant performance and handling for a hatchback"

Paul B., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Handles well. Accelerates like a sports car."

Anonymous, MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"Expect the automatic clutch to start slipping eventually and once it starts they cannot fix it so you will be replacing it every 10-20k miles for as long as you own the car."

Joe V., MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Peppy and crisp handling."

Heather M., PR (2013 Ford Focus)

"We specifically chose the ST package to provide excellent driving dynamics. And it does not disappoint. It has excellent cornering grip with satisfying acceleration."

Robert R., OH (2013 Ford Focus)

"The transmission gives me problems. Clutches have been replaced several times"

Anonymous, AR (2013 Ford Focus)

"Fun little car with a standard transmission."

Anonymous, OK (2013 Ford Focus)

"I have driven several cars in the same class. except fr the occasional shudder of the transmission, acceleration feels more positive. Handling is not quite sports car class, but it is very agile and much better than anything else I have driven"

Anonymous, OK (2013 Ford Focus)

"It has great acceleration gets you into traffic fast"

Herman M., NJ (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission is a big problem. There is a hesitation at low speeds. Noise is also noticeable."

Vicki K., IL (2013 Ford Focus)

"The transmission jerks back and forth when creeping in traffic."

Joe S., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"sporty, fast"

Anonymous, PA (2013 Ford Focus)

"For a car that gets decent mileage, the acceleration is OK. Handling is pretty good. My wife is able to park this car with ease in tight spots."

Michael G., NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission is terrible, erratic shifting & have had the clutch plate changed out 4 times already. Vehicle handles great. When vehicle is running right it is very quick, responsive"

Gary S., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Lots of problems with the electronic transmission. Better now after multiple software upgrades. Car was very dangerous to drive when I first bought it"

Anonymous, TN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Surefooted in the extreme. The basic focus handling properties are not lost in the electric. Among the best driving small cars around."

Matthew P., WA (2013 Ford Focus)

"It is quick but sometimes there’s a kick and a hesitation from the a transmission when accelerating, which can be annoying, despite the manufacturer having recalled it and corrected a large part of the problem."

Edward H., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"It stalls out at times when you accelerate at stops causing you to lurch forward in seats. As long as you are moving it can accelerate rapidly with no problems. The handling is stiff when you are encountering a lot of bad road causing jerking of car. Handles real well around sharp turns and curves though."

Gloria H., OK (2013 Ford Focus)

"Handles well but known transmission problems are a pain sometimes. Climbing a hill u can feel the trans suffering"

Ilene B., OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"The clutch was replaced after 1 year, and is starting to give problems again - not engaging readily, jerky starts."

Robert M., BC (2013 Ford Focus)

"It jumps when pressing on the brakes"

Candelario C., GA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Turbo ST model great power and handling"

Anonymous, BC (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission shudders when taking off from a stop. Transmission control module has been replaced which helps but some shudder remains."

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Fun to drive, handling is crisp, 6 speed transmission is excellent when accelerating"

Raymond D., NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Great acceleration and handling. Feels Like a real Sports car"

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Gas mileage, road handling and storage space."

Robert W., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Transmission makes grinding noise and is very jerky when shifting in lower gears, was told multiple times by Ford dealership that this is normal for the type of transmission and they had nothing that would help"

Anonymous, MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"The ongoing hiccups with the transmission."

James R., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Handing is superb, you can you can almost pin yourself against the window taking a hard corner, incredibly fun to drive with tonnes of torque from the turbo at low rpm. Matched with the six speed manual it’s a real sports car."

Brent C., AB (2013 Ford Focus)

Comfort

Includes seats, climate control, noise, and ride

What Owners Say

"SEATS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, EXCESSIVE ROAD NOISE - EVEN AT LOW SPEEDS, RIDES LIKE A TANK, AFTER ONE HOUR DRIVING I DEVELOP BACK PAIN, AFTER TWO HOURS I FIND IT NECESSARY TO STOP AND RELEIVE MY BACK ACHES."

Michael P., SC (2013 Ford Focus)

"Very bumpy, but it is aplug in with no engine noise."

Ellen M., OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"The front seats are uncomfortable."

Stephen S., MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"The road noise is very loud and annoying. The ride is just okay. The seats are comfortable."

Judy H., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"The seats are uncomfortable after 55,000 miles. I am a 175 pound person, and the previous owner was lighter. After a day on the road in this car I am stiff, and because the road noise is SO LOUD it is like I just left a rock concert. The handsfree phone system picks up so much road noise I cannot have a conversation while driving. The music system is good, but you have to turn it up to hear. This is the main reason I would not get another Focus of this model year (2013)."

Marc S., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Very uncomfortable seats, don't adjust much."

Anonymous, MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"The comfort is relatively good for a vehicle of this size."

Jay L., BC (2013 Ford Focus)

"Seats are hard to get out of. Otherwise no issues"

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"front seats are cramped with not enough leg room. (FYI, I'm 5'6"). Air conditioning is poor."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"My only reservation is in the adjustability of the seats. The manual adjustments are very limited in range making it hard to find a comfortable position for long drives."

LINDA W., MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"The best seats of any car that i,ve ever owned."

DAVID M., FL (2013 Ford Focus)

"seats are not comfortable and car is noisey inside"

ALLEN R., FL (2013 Ford Focus)

"Tight seating for adults in the back. Especially if there is an adult in the front."

Anonymous, MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Drivers seat does not mo ve up and down"

Anonymous, MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Wind noise and lack of good sealing of the door gaskets (especially important in the NorthEastern winters, do NOT enjoy the cold coming from the door while driving)."

ALLEN A., NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"I wish the seats could adjust more.."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Hwy noise is very loud, I don't know if Ford just put cheap tire's on or if it's the car itself."

Anonymous, IN (2013 Ford Focus)

"I'm perfectly comfortable in the driver's seat. The back is easily adjustable, and it's easy to support my head if needed. The front passenger seat is comfortable if the car isn't moving, but when I'm there while someone's driving the car, the ride isn't smooth. I "feel" the road and get carsick. Also, going over bumps isn't bad as the driver, but it's not at all comfortable as the front seat passenger. The ride on highways is fine, as it is about town."

Stephen A., MA (2013 Ford Focus)

"The seats are fairly firm but are comfortable on long drives, It is reasonably quiet for a small car with little wind noise and controlled tire noise."

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"This car is fine for my wife's comfort, but too small for me at 6'4" tall. It's tough on bad roads and is a bit noisy."

Michael G., NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"The focus st is an overall great car. The o my thing that mars the experience is the terrible reveal seats. They are uncomfortable to the point of torture"

Anonymous, CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"I am starting to hear a rattle in the interior of the car which drives me crazy. It's around the overhead compartment where I keep my sunglasses. I hear it at stops when I don't have the radio on. I can press my hand against the outside of the compartment and it will stop temporarily. Considering selling within the next few months."

Anonymous, MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"It is noisy inside the car. The seats are hard to adjust. The ride is stiff and hard."

Gloria H., OK (2013 Ford Focus)

"They mold to your body. Very comfortable"

Anonymous, MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"Very satisfied in all respects"

Paul B., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"It is noise, rough ride, seats are cheap and not comfortable"

Herman M., NJ (2013 Ford Focus)

"Poorly designed coffee cup holders"

Edward N., NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"Ride tends to be bumpy and and rather rough on poor pavement. But I have beeb spoiled by our V.W. C.C."

Anonymous, OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"Worse car ever for noise. I can hear everything outside when windows are up. The ride is horrible. Feel every bump in the road. Car squeaks constantly on road."

Melinda M., IN (2013 Ford Focus)

"The car is noisier than the Honda but it is also not a upgraded vehicle. Seats could use more cushioning/support. Heated seats are nice."

Anonymous, IN (2013 Ford Focus)

"little below aveage"

Anonymous, AE (2013 Ford Focus)

"On par with small car seat comfort, but way too much road noise, almost like they forgot to add noise isolation. The ride is also too stiff for a non-performance car: you pretty much feel every bump."

Gregory B., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Good balance of performance with comfort. A spirited daily driver that can also carry 4 adults for 5 hours in reasonable comfort."

Anonymous, AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"The emergency brake is in the way of my right knee."

Joe S., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Seats are now feeling a bit low and hard or is it me getting older? And noisier inside even with a hearing loss."

Anonymous, MB (2013 Ford Focus)

"Seats are terribly uncomfortable. Long drives are a nightmare. Its a bit loud as well. Rides smooth however"

Ilene B., OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"When riding in the back seat the noise level is vey high."

L M., CA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Car has a good ride considering its size and price. Noise is acceptable and not intrusive. Seats fit well and it’s actually fun to drive. It is difficult to get into and out of, which is the biggest reason I would not purchase another Focus. (This is my first small car ever)."

Edward H., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"very comfortable leather upholstery. Smooth ride, could be a little quieter inside, but it's not bad,"

Anonymous, MN (2013 Ford Focus)

Value

Did you get what you wanted relative to the price you paid?

What Owners Say

"Very good incentives and discounts when purchased."

Kurt H., SC (2013 Ford Focus)

"The focus is presently in the shop getting it's third clutch. I would never buy another."

Stephen S., MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Has needed many repairs, several recalls. Poor value."

Anonymous, MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"Excellent automobile for the price...roomy for a "small" car...runs great"

MICHAEL M., PA (2013 Ford Focus)

"doesn't hold value for trade in"

DAVID H., MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"The car has no value even before you finish paying for it. I would not buy a Ford again for that reason."

SANDRA D., VT (2013 Ford Focus)

"In the 40000 miles I have driven it I have gotten 35-38 mpg commuting 1 hr each way, I have not had to come out of pocket for anything other than maintenance yet including tires and brakes."

PAT M., IL (2013 Ford Focus)

"Two years ago when I bought the car the resale value was decent. Now I owe $5,000 more than it's worth. I need a minivan for growing teenagers and we are trying to decide if we financially can"

LURA B., AL (2013 Ford Focus)

"It is a lot more car than many others in it's price class after summmer rebates, etc. It is very capable of trailer towing for hauling my ATV with reserve powertrain capacity compared to some imported offerings."

PAUL G., MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Acceleration and ride are satisfactory. Somewhat noisy inside and difficult for taller people to get into and out of."

ROBERT D., AZ (2013 Ford Focus)

"I carry lots of golf equipment. The car is just too small for this. Overall it is a cute little car. BUT---"

Anonymous, ON (2013 Ford Focus)

"More expensive than expected. Gas mileage is terrible. Same mile per gallon as my escape. My automatic transmission clutch has been defective since purchased. Replaced once and effective again. Poor transmission quality not being repaired by Ford Motor Company."

DAVID B., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Good value better than expected gas mileage."

PAUL B., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"Good incentives from dealer. Low cost with some extras. was much lower than other brands in same class."

Anonymous, AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"I didnt like the transmission it always seemed to be searching for a gear."

Anonymous, NY (2013 Ford Focus)

"The manufacturer's rebates were excellent."

Anonymous, BC (2013 Ford Focus)

"Great value! Have a 5-door SE with no options. Manual transmission, ride and handling, are fabulous."

KURT H., SC (2013 Ford Focus)

"great acceleration, handling, steering, brakes, cornering, sound of the engine."

DONNA T., MD (2013 Ford Focus)

"Bad Transmission, slips and shutters from the time I bought it. Had transmission repaired several times. Most recent repair was new clutch, July 2016."

GERARD M., PA (2013 Ford Focus)

"Replacing a 1700 clutch every 12-20k miles makes this car one of the most expensive vehicles got can buy. They are still using the same transmission that they cannot fix the clutch issue on. Stay away"

Joe V., MN (2013 Ford Focus)

"Resale value is horrendous due to notorious transmission problems with this model."

Salvatore M., PA (2013 Ford Focus)

"reliable, fun to drive, well equipped for money, has been a good second cat."

L G., ON (2013 Ford Focus)

"Sought small hatchback with good acceleration and handling. Evaluated competitive products from other manufacturers, and Ford's ST model offered best price for the combination. Did not consider standard model Focus"

Anonymous, MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"It was at least $4000 cheaper than a new, but year older Prius 2, but is fun to drive, has amazing storage space (it is a hatchback) and I can get over 40mpg on highways and interstates at 70+ mph."

Robert W., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"This car is cheap. It is a STEAL for an electric car. The flaws of basically no trunk space and limited range are there, but if you can cope with them it is a nice electric built on a very good platform."

Matthew P., WA (2013 Ford Focus)

"works well for what it is designed to do. When issues did arise, Ford was able to make good on their issues."

Anonymous, OH (2013 Ford Focus)

"Focus ST drives like a car twice it’s price. Spectacular cornering with the stock summer performance tires."

Brent C., AB (2013 Ford Focus)

"The little car is a workhorse! It has over 228,000 miles on it. We use it as a delivery car for my business, putting about 150 miles a day on it. It has had problems, but they are not out of proportion for the amount of use the car gets. It is still as comfortable to ride in and still gets great gas mileage. We expect to have it for at least another 100,000 miles!"

Anonymous, FL (2013 Ford Focus)

"For the price it was well worth it."

Paul B., MI (2013 Ford Focus)

"I got it during a major factory incentive (rebate) the had to counter the dual-clutch automatic transmission problems debacle they had. It was much cheaper than the competitors at the the time. (I got the manual transmission so don't have the transmission problems.)"

Anonymous, OK (2013 Ford Focus)

"This car has a known transmission issue. I have spent the last 5 years dealing with, in and out of a ford dealership getting fixed. as of today, Ford has offered a buyback. . that I have accepted. ."

Joyce W., OR (2013 Ford Focus)

"Just a good vehicle for our use"

Stan B., QC (2013 Ford Focus)
