    Blower (fan) motor

Anonymous, FL (2023 Genesis GV80 Prestige 2.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Condenser

""Lost all AC - took it to the dealer who told me without even looking at the car, that the condenser in this model car was flawed and they are all in need of replacement. I asked why there was no recall as I was in Miami with no A/C? the answer was "we are routinely replacing when people come in for service". Ordinarily I would not have been upset with that answer, but they were so backlogged in replacing these condensers, I had to wait three weeks for the repair part. So I was in a loaner all that time.""

    Anonymous, FL (2023 Genesis GV80 Prestige 3.5-L V6 turbo)

Also, I have an issue with my wheel on the passenger side in which a bearing was replace, I would still hear the noise when I reach higher speeds on the highway and returned the vehicle for service and was told it was bent rim. I don't think its the rim, I think the other bearing was worn out."

Anonymous, NJ (2023 Genesis GV80 Prestige 2.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)

    Other electrical system problem

""After owing the car for 18 months, my car batter drained down after the car was parked for two days. Got service out for a jump and had the battery checked at the dealer and was told everything was ok. Was told I must have left something on - to which I replied, give me an example as everything in this car times out. - they could not give me an example. Three weeks later, it happened again. Had to get a jump and the dealer said the battery was fine. One month later, it happened a 3rd time. This time, the car would not start and we could not get a charge on the battery. Car had to be towed to a dealer. They claimed I had a "dark wire" something was draining down the battery. They had the car over three weeks - they claimed they had corporate technicians involved and no one could figure out what was causing the problem (this car had no aftermarket changes and was the same as when I took it off the lot). They finally concluded that the master fuse had to be changed. I'm an engineer who knows electronics. I asked how a fuse drains power, it's a hard link, it has no circuitry that can short out, in fact it's the definition of a short (always conducts power). They could not answer the question and could not give me any technical explanation as to what the "dark wire" was. Service told me I need to perform proper battery maintenance, in other words, start the car daily. I asked what do I do on a business trip when my car is in a garage for a week? It was the stupidest explanation a technician gave give a consumer. So I am left to this day unsure that the problem was found and properly repaired.""
