Anonymous, TX (2021 GMC Acadia Denali 3.6-L V6)

"The dash lit up like a pinball machine. It stated the power assist steering was not available, the GM dealership said 3 weeks to get it in. They finally agreed to take it in and said it was the thermostat? $1250.00 charge to fix. I don't know if it's the Acadia Denali or the Dealership, the dash now goes black randomly- acts up as stated."

What Owners Say

Fuel injection system

""In traffic, the motor died and would not start. Finally hand push car onto side street. Had to wait 5 hours for AAA to load the car and take to dealer. Dealer was closed, left in dealer lot. Had to wait 2 days for dealer to respond to report I filled out when the car was left at dealer. Several days later, the dealer reported that the battery was out of warranty and had to be replaced. I disagreed but had to OK, in order to fix the problem. After I paid for the battery + installation, (over $200.00) the dealer then said there was another problem with fuel system, a part had failed. That part was out of warranty. I gave OK to replace; they had to order the part. Finally after almost two weeks, I picked up the car and paid (roughly), another $400.00. I will never take this vehicle back to the dealer, terrible service as to time involved, rip-off for new battery (not needed) and excessive charge for parts & labor for new fuel system part.""
