What Owners Say
"It's a trouble free truck that rides almost as nice as our car. Great vehicle. I will keep it a long time."
Stephen D., KS (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"A very good driver"
Ted B., OR (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"good handling-adequate acceleration"
Richard-Ersaline O., CA (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"Excellent acceleration. it will put you back in the seat if you punch it. Very easy to steer and maneuver on corners."
John P., BC (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"rides like a car and can get out of it's own way very dependable!"
Tom D., NJ (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"In true, typical GM fashion, this truck handles like an overloaded lumber wagon when going over rough terrain or turning sharp turns at medium-to-higher speeds. Even with new brakes, it is hard to stop. Acceleration is dismal, unless you put the drive system into the "TOW" mode."
Anonymous, NE (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"It has a very strong engine and with windows closed, a good quiet ride even at 70 mph."
Nick A., CA (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"poor accelleration"
Anonymous, ON (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"Plenty of power for my needs."
Anonymous, UT (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"Shorter turning radius an asset."
Anonymous, TX (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"Excellent acceleration and handling"
Anonymous, BC (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"Acceleration is not as strong as my previous GMC. This one has a 4.8 engine, the prior truck had a 5.3. Hard acceleration often requires a harsh downshift."
Anonymous, LA (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"has powerful acceleration"
Tammy P., VA (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"gets up and goes. tracks well."
NICHOLAS A., CA (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"acceleration good, handling a little rough. trans.locked in dr.two yr.ago and replaced, but a lot of mtn. dr. using for braking."
JOHN V., MS (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)"handles well acceleration is good turn radius is poor don't try a u turn in a tight intersection"
MICHAEL S., TX (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)
"Well the truck is powerful. I purchased it used in 2010. It has a 5.3 litre engine. I actually use the truck for it's built purpose, rather than show. Moves right out with lots of weight in the bed."
Nick A., CA (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)
