"Multi-pro tailgate would not open. A relay or latch failed and had to be replaced. Tailgate was unable to be opened unless I pulled the inner tailgate cover off and manually release the ltch"

One side had the motor replaced which didnt fix the malfunction so it was mechanically worked on to fix and then a few months later the passenger side running board function needed to be repaired too. All at my expense and inconvenience with a difficult situation getting people and especially seniors in and out of my truck."
