2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD Owner Satisfaction - Consumer Reports
Recently freshened, the HD Sierras (and its Silverado twin) are designed for heavy towing and hauling, and ride stiffer than the Sierra 1500. The standard engine is a 6.0-liter V8. The 397-hp, 6.6-liter turbodiesel produced a whopping 765 foot-pounds of torque and could haul close to a 2,500-pound payload. The diesel is punchy but noisy, and the Allison-made six-speed automatic is smooth.

The answer to that question is what determines our owner-satisfaction rating, which is a powerful piece of intel because it predicts how well a particular model will satisfy other owners.

Percentage of owners who would definitely purchase that same vehicle again.
