The Honda dealer was “not able to duplicate” and was very dismissive of my complaints. Service manager had a sales manager talk to me, his solution was to give the phone number to Garmin and told me to pursue with them. I called Garmin and they said it is a Honda (hardware) problem as Honda designs and builds the hardware for the GPS unit. As of now, the Honda GPS unit is not working correctly and I’m extremely dissatisfied with Honda’s response to this issue."
