""Not entirely sure. The vehicle has some issue that causes the battery to drain, leaving the car dead after only a day or so of being driven. Weve replaced the battery several times, but thats not the issue. No one is able to tell us what is causing the battery to drain. We had one instance where it died while being driven; the dash lights were off, the speedometer and other gauges all dropped off, there was no power steering, etc. One tech suggested it might be due to the aftermarket auto start that was installed 10+ years ago, but after we disconnected it, the issue remained, so we dont think that was the cause. Its an annoying issue, but certainly hard to complain about a car that is 20 years old.""

He fixed those two issues, but what I wasnt expecting was brake trouble. He showed me that the rear pads had worn unevenly, and the rotors, now deeply gouged, should be replaced. All three repairs were done. Also had a tire with a leaky valve stem AND a puncture, but I decided not to spend money fixing that. Time to buy a new set of tires.""

Still has a slight jerk at times, but that's on the mechanic service I used (not a dealer). I had over 200K miles on my last Honda - 5 speed manual - and never had an issue. I even had the original clutch on that one. I'm surprised this transmission failed."
